The Studio’s Chef
The main culinary trainer, hosting the workshops and shows. He explored the secrets of the culinary art in London, where under the guidance of culinary masters he cooked in Chelsea restaurants for five years. He worked, among the others, in Blue Bird, French Pigs Ear or Cat&Mutton. He also took part in actions of the London culinary vanguard (mobile restaurants), cooking in various corners of London. After returning to Poland he cooked in well-known Krakow restaurants such as Wentzl, Skandale Royale, Mezze, Konfederacka or Barka. He considers French, Mediterranean and Far East cuisines the most interesting. However, his real speciality is the original interpretation of the Polish cuisine, with visible multicultural influences and local, seasonal products.
Since 2014 he has been developing his own original Twój Kucharz (Your Cook) project. In 2015 he was a participant of the popular TVN television programme TOP CHEF.
