We will teach you how to cook a Polish broth, Asian ramen and how to make a demi glace. We will show you how to correctly fillet a fish and prepare a steak. We will together try cutting techniques and show you how to use spices and alcohol in cooking. We will teach you how to choose wine to your meals. And these are just the examples of our cooking workshops.
