Twój Kucharz (Your Cook)
Twój Kucharz Studio is an original and unique project of culinary meetings in Krakow. Our assets are: professional cooking equipment (cooking stations, professional cooking tools), comfortable space for culinary workshops and a couple of years of experience in organising such events. Thanks to all of the above we are able to organise various activities according to your needs. We prepared our offer thinking about various entities: companies and institutions, travel agencies, food producers as well as individual clients. We are answering the needs of companies that look for new forms of integrating activities, workshops, trainings and an active and attractive way to spend time for working teams. We are also answering the needs of travel agencies that want to broaden their offer and provide new attractions. But our offer is also addressed to individuals who love cooking and who want to learn more and polish their cooking skills.
We organise events of various kind: culinary workshops for companies, tasting dinners, special events, courses of modern and traditional Polish cuisine, as well as thematic meetings on world cuisines and nutrition. We invite to cooperation renowned chefs, culinary promotors, bloggers and experts on healthy eating.
In our cooking we use natural products, mostly organic and eco-products mainly from small, local producers from the Malopolska region. Together with workshop participants we create meals sticking to the slow food ideas, we do not use any improvers, flavour enhancers, powders or processed products. We are open to world cuisines taking participants of our workshops and dinners into culinary travels far away from Poland – to France, Italy, Spain, India, Vietnam, Thailand and many other places in the world.
To accompany meals we always choose specially selected natural and biodynamic wines from our proven producers, mostly small and family Polish and European wine producers.
Workshops and meetings are taking place in two locations in Krakow. Our logistic and space capabilities enable us to organise events for groups up to 100 people. The chef and the Twój Kucharz Studio leader Bartłomiej Płócienniak is a specialist with many years of culinary experience – a chef, a participant of a popular TOP CHEF programme, conducting in the past numerous restaurant projects and actively supporting young cooks in their professional development. As the project manager he cooperates with an experienced team of trainers, specialists in their fields, with many years of professional experience both in the culinary world and in conducting workshops with company teams.
Apart from the activities described above our offer also includes special services such as renting space for TV programmes and photo shoots, organising tasting dinners, celebrations and special events, as well as the Mobile Restaurant that provides possibility of organising all kinds of culinary shows and meetings with live cooking practically in each and every location in Krakow and in indicated places in Poland. Additionally we support restaurants offering services in professional advisory for the gastronomy sector.

The Studio’s Chef
The main culinary trainer, hosting the workshops and shows. He explored the secrets of the culinary art in London, where under the guidance of culinary masters he cooked in Chelsea restaurants for five years. He worked, among the others, in Blue Bird, French Pigs Ear or Cat&Mutton. He also took part in actions of the London culinary vanguard (mobile restaurants), cooking in various corners of London. After returning to Poland he cooked in well-known Krakow restaurants such as Wentzl, Skandale Royale, Mezze, Konfederacka or Barka. He considers French, Mediterranean and Far East cuisines the most interesting. However, his real speciality is the original interpretation of the Polish cuisine, with visible multicultural influences and local, seasonal products.
Since 2014 he has been developing his own original Twój Kucharz (Your Cook) project. In 2015 he was a participant of the popular TVN television programme TOP CHEF.
Culinary studio
Studio Twój Kucharz is a loft-style space with a large, professional, well-ventilated kitchen, designed specifically for a variety of culinary activities. In this open-plan space, which comfortably accommodates up to 40 people during workshops in standard mode and up to 100 people in extended mode, you can spend quality time with your team or group of friends, bonding in a creative way. The dining area is separated from the kitchen by a large window, allowing you to observe what's happening in the kitchen while sitting at the dining table. A professional, high-quality hi-fi sound system with a wireless microphone system and a projector with a presentation screen are available,
